Pattidee Returns
Wow! I can't believe how long it has been since I posted. I have been dabbling in some new mediums and have quite a few exciting things to post around the holidays (starting with Halloween). In the mean time, let me catch up. Here is my Easter card.
The frame on the outside is intended to look like tarnished silver. I created it by heat embossing the die cut frame in silver and then heat embossing again with UTEE. To get the tarnished effect you just dab on the UTEE sparingly - only where you want the piece to be tarnished. I was going for a shabby chic vibe withe floral paper and I even went so far as to sand the paper here and there. I love these little birds on a branch!
