Great Stitched Postcard Swap

I participated in the Great Big Stitched Postcard Swap this year.  You can learn more about this very cool swap here http://dowhatyouloveforlife.com/swap/.   The theme this year was 'Blossom' and here is what I sent:

You are required to include stitching of some sort and so I added a simple stitched border to the outside of the card.  I used colored pencils blended with gamsol on the lotus blossom.  I loved this technique and I will definitely be using it again.
